The Best Stores for Denim & Workwear
EXPRESS
EXPRESS is one of my favorite stores. I love shopping here because the brand consistently delivers high-quality pieces. I really enjoy their skinny, bootcut, and straight-leg jeans. The skinny jeans accentuate my shape beautifully without ever feeling restrictive. They’re comfortable, flattering, and incredibly versatile. I can style them with a blazer, a blouse, and black leather ankle boots for a polished look, or keep it casual with a T-shirt and sneakers.
The straight-leg and bootcut jeans are just as impressive. They have the perfect leg opening—not too wide, not too narrow—which makes them easy to pair with sweaters and leather ankle boots. Another reason I love EXPRESS denim is the material quality. When I run my hands over the fabric, I can feel the thick, durable cotton. Their jeans are made to last through countless wears and washes.
EXPRESS is also my go-to store for workwear. They offer dress pants in assorted colors, V-cut blouses, and polished pieces that make getting ready for the office effortless. Anytime I need something stylish and professional, EXPRESS always delivers.
Aeropostale
Aeropostale is another store I love to shop at. I go here for blue jeans, T-shirts, undergarments, denim jackets, and accessories. Their denim is made with high-quality material that lasts for years—the color doesn’t fade, and the fabric holds up beautifully over time. One of my denim FAVES is the AERO High-Rise. I have this style in both a light wash and dark wash, and I love them equally.
Another FAVE is the AERO T-shirts. I love these tees because Aeropostale always creates unique designs. The tops are comfortable, stylish, and pair perfectly with denim and sneakers. I have AERO T-shirts in so many colors because they’re easy to wear and always look cute. I especially enjoy shopping at Aeropostale during a sale. That’s when I find all of my FAVES at amazing prices.
Old Navy
Old Navy is a permanent staple in my wardrobe. Two of my denim FAVES are the Rockstar and WOW Super-Skinny High-Rise jeans. These styles fit my body so well—they’re comfortable, flattering, and always look stylish with Old Navy’s classic denim jackets.
I especially enjoy shopping at Old Navy when they’re having a sale. During the summer season of 2025, I found tops marked down to $12.00 and denim for $22.00. I left the store with bags full of jeans because the deals were too good to pass up. The fit, the comfort, and the affordability make these jeans a FAVE.
My Go-To Shoes & Handbags
Nike Air Force 1 & Clarks
One of my ultimate shoe FAVES is the NIKE AIR FORCE 1. These sneakers are incredibly comfortable—every time I wear them, it feels like I’m walking on a cloud. I also enjoy buying them in fun color combinations like pink and lime green. They pair perfectly with skinny jeans, T-shirts, and leggings.
For a more elevated look, Clarks Bostonian is my brand. I love their leather ankle boots because they’re stylish and pair beautifully with skinny or bootcut denim. They elevate my formal looks—wearing a black blazer and a ruched skirt with these boots creates the perfect ensemble.
Coach & Kenneth Cole
Coach is a handbag FAVE. The craftsmanship is incredible—I have one that has lasted me 12 years and still looks amazing. Similarly, my Kenneth Cole Reaction black leather handbag has lasted for years. It’s my go-to for work because the multiple compartments keep my essentials organized.
The Beauty Edit
MAC, bareMinerals & NARS
MAC is my choice for rich pigmentation. My favorite products are the Lipmix and clear lip gloss. It gives my lips a beautiful shine and a bold look that doesn't need constant reapplying.
When I want a natural look, I turn to bareMinerals. The Golden Dark Foundation gives my skin a smooth finish and a healthy glow without causing blemishes. Finally, NARS Laguna bronzer is my secret for an effortless, sun-kissed finish. It’s lightweight and makes my skin feel incredibly soft.
