That was me on a gorgeous sunny day at Old Navy in the Premiere Outlet mall in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. I honestly wasn’t expecting much—just a quick browse, right? Well, spoiler alert: I walked out with the cutest finds and I’m SO excited to share them with you! Come on this little fashion adventure with me and see what I discovered. 💕

Hello, Old Navy!

I stepped through those doors and immediately spotted the sale signs everywhere. My heart literally did a little happy dance! I headed straight for the clothing racks because hello, sale + new styles = pure joy. The racks were absolutely bursting with colorful tops in every style you can imagine, and I started flipping through them like a kid in a candy store. Then I saw it: this gorgeous pink top with the cutest scoop neckline. I literally said out loud, “I have to have this!” Not even exaggerating. A few hangers down, I found this adorable blue top with a sweet v-cut neckline that was calling my name too. At that point, I already had two winners and I hadn’t even made it to the denim section yet!

The Denim Hunt

So naturally, I made my way to the denim section because what’s a shopping haul without the perfect pair of jeans, am I right? I was completely mesmerized by all the options—deep indigo, medium wash, light wash, and classic black denim. I picked up a black pair and started inspecting it like a fashion detective. The tag said “Rockstar skinny cut” and hello, I am obsessed with how this style sits above the waist. I immediately knew this was a must-have for my closet. But then—*and here’s where it got good*—I spotted another pair: deep indigo WOW denim with the same gorgeous fit as the Rockstar. And I was like, “This is ALSO a must-have!” Sometimes you just know, you know?

Okay, so it was time for the real test: the fitting room. I grabbed my pieces and headed back there to try everything on. First up was the Rockstar denim with my pink scoop-neck top, and honestly? I fell in love the second I looked in the mirror. The way they fit together was just *perfect*. I ran my hand over that soft cotton top—the fabric seriously felt like butter—and I loved that it gave me all the breathing room I needed. It didn’t cling to my body at all; it just draped beautifully and made me feel comfortable and cute at the same time. That’s the dream, right?

Then I tried on the deep indigo WOW jeans with the blue V-neck top, and let me tell you, same magic happened! The denim sat so comfortably above my waist—no pinching, no uncomfortable feeling—and the material itself was buttery soft and totally non-restrictive. I could actually move and breathe! When a pair of jeans feels this good, you just know it’s a keeper.

Taking It All to the Register

With my finds in hand, I made my way to the register feeling like I’d just completed the best treasure hunt ever. I stood in line for a few minutes and got to chat with the sweetest sales associate while she folded all my pieces so neatly. She asked me if I’d found everything I was looking for, and I was absolutely beaming saying yes! She packed everything so carefully into my shopping bag, and then I whipped out my credit card to complete the mission. As she handed me my bag, she said, “Have a great day!” and honestly, with these gorgeous finds? I absolutely will. 🛍️✨
